White Deer BannerNorthern Whitetail Scents owns some rare white white-tailed deer.  They can be distinguished from albino deer by their brown, blue or green eyes.  Their ears, noses, and hooves are all pinkish in color and are like fair-skinned humans.  Though deer, they too are more prone to sunburn.  Their white coat is a recessive genetic trait.  Breeding a white deer to a white deer does not guarantee you a white fawn.

Hercules was our white white-tailed breeder buck. Hercules is 6-years old in this picture and scored roughly 190 B&C. He was 160 B&C at age 5.  He weighed in at over 350 lbs!   For more of Hercules click here.

Pam was one of our first bottled-raised fawns. She was incredible!  She was calm, friendly and blessed us with several white fawns.

#37 is Winnie & Spirit's fawn.  She was bottle-raised and has proven to be a great urine deer.

We have had some beautiful white white-tailed fawns born on our farm.  These pictures were taken just moments after each was born.
