We Ship Fast!

Orders received by 9:00 A.M. (EST) Monday-Thursday are shipped the same day. Orders received after 9:00 A.M. and Friday-Sunday are shipped Monday to insure fresh scent is received. At your request, your order can be shipped Friday or Saturday.

Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service, Priority Mail, Delivery Confirmation and Insured for shipping over $50. Should you prefer another method of shipping, just let me know.

Need It Faster?

Overnight and second day air shipping is available for an additional charge. USPS 2nd day air for two-day service anywhere in the U.S. for a nominal cost, based on the weight of the order is recommended. Call 1-800-683 -3002 and ask about Next Day service rates.

Did Your Order Arrive Damaged?

All shipments are guaranteed to arrive on time and safely. Damaged merchandise will be replaced promptly. Should damage occur with an insured shipment, notify your local postal service immediately and then contact Us at 1-800-683-3002. Do not dispose of the original shipping carton or damaged merchandise, as USPS inspectors may want to examine them.

Returning Product

If for any reason you are unhappy with our product, simply return the unused portion to us and we'll refund your money. No questions asked! Be sure to include your name, method of payment, full address with zip code and the point of purchase.
